GARRY BAVERSTOCK AM
Garry Baverstock is an architect, property developer, author and scientist, specialising in energy efficient building design. Garry was one of the pioneers of sustainable architecture in Australia, championing passive solar design of buildings and the use of solar. Garry is an Adjunct Professor at Murdoch University and has received numerous awards, including The Order of Australia in public recognition of his environmental and philanthropic achievements. Garry is a Board member of Innovate Australia.
Founder and Director
Cameron has over 20 years’ experience across infrastructure investment, consulting, financial advisory, investment banking, operational and executive management roles both domestically and globally. Cameron has had a particular focus on infrastructure development, project financing, risk & credit, renewables, water, transport, fuel terminals and ports. Most of the infrastructure projects have had significant interaction between the Federal, State, Local Government and the private sector.
Joanna is a technical writer and author. Previously Joanna has worked on INPEX Operations Maintenance projects, Woodside Energy’s Maintenance Strategy Project, ABU Chevron Competency Assurance and with Serco on the Fiona Stanley Hospital project. Joanna also has worked for over 20 years for the Department of Education and Training, WA.
Jag has 20 years project development, management and delivery experience in major capital projects, within engineering and corporate environments. Whilst at Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services practice in Perth, Jag was exposed to a varied portfolio of business transformation projects involving business and performance improvements. Jag is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Certified Project Management Associate (APMP), a Certified Facilitator, a Certified Promapp Implementer (Business Process Management Tool) and has Change Management and LEAN Implementation qualifications.
Rob is a business development professional with a broad range of experience, including Strategy, Business Development and Recruitment, with the main focus being the ability to consistently convert opportunities into tangible financial results.
A strong record of delivery in designing and leading both organic and inorganic growth is the main theme across 11 years of overall development career experience working with engineers; WorleyParsons and Clough; and Construction companies; DownerGroup and AusGroup.
Specialties: Strategy, business development, recruitment, value proposition development, oil & gas and Infrastructure sector expertise, LNG, global energy.
Paul is a qualified accountant (CGMA, CMA, CPA. MAAT) and brings to the team over 20 years of Australian and International experience in a number of key financial roles at both ASX listed and private companies. Paul comes to the team with a strong financial, commercial and business analytical skills combined with proven effective leadership of finance teams. Paul has significant experience in managing working capital requirements of growth businesses with an international footprint. Paul is a member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants & Association of Accounting Technicians.
Oil and gas
Thirty years plus experience primarily in the onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry, including LNG in a wide variety of roles, primarily in the Engineering and Construction world and in the latter years in more of the Public & Investor Relations/M&A/Business Development (BD) role.
His last major permanent role being Group Manager of Business Development at Clough Limited. Peter also held the Group Manager Corporate Affairs role for 3 years in his 15 years at Clough. Other previous permanent employers being Kaiser, Foxboro, Worley Alumina and BHP. He currently has other part-time roles with Seatrax & BAM International.
Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
Finance - Europe
Lisa is based in Zurich and specialises in finance, international tax, risk control, banking regulation, business development and strategy. Lisa has had a distinguished career at Equatex Group and UBS Zurich mainly in finance and risk control roles or leading large projects which required significant cross functional collaboration. Lisa supports us in the link between Europe and Australia.
