Cameron has over 20 years’ experience across infrastructure investment, consulting, financial advisory, investment banking, operational and executive management roles both domestically and globally. Cameron has had a particular focus on infrastructure development, project financing, risk & credit, renewables, water, transport, fuel terminals and ports. Most of the infrastructure projects have had significant interaction between the Federal, State, Local Government and the private sector.
Co-author of Lithium Valley: Establishing the Case for Energy Metals and Battery Manufacturing in Western Australia, Founder and sponsor of Lithium Valley and Founder and sponsor of Australian Microgrids Centre of Excellence. Cameron has a diverse portfolio of interests in battery cell manufacturing, carbon offsets, commodity trading, microgrid applications, Neobanks, infrastructure projects and immutable ledger commodity tracing.
A qualified lawyer and former managing partner of a top ten Australian law firm in Perth Western Australia, Anthony has many years’ experience in banking law, intellectual property and commercial transactions for public companies.
He has extensive commercial experience in corporate transactions as Corporate Counsel of Challenge Bank/
Westpac and then an investment bank.
Anthony is presently also works with a national electrical engineering company providing services to the rail, mining and industrial sectors.
Paul is a qualified accountant (CGMA, CMA, CPA. MAAT) and brings to the team over 20 years of Australian and International experience in a number of key financial roles at both ASX listed and private companies. Paul comes to the team with a strong financial, commercial and business analytical skills combined with proven effective leadership of finance teams. Paul has significant experience in managing working capital requirements of growth businesses with an international footprint. Paul is a member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants & Association of Accounting Technicians.
Thirty years plus experience primarily in the onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry, including LNG in a wide variety of roles, primarily in the Engineering and Construction world and in the latter years in more of the Public & Investor Relations/M&A/Business Development (BD) role.
His last major permanent role being Group Manager of Business Development at Clough Limited. Peter also held the Group Manager Corporate Affairs role for 3 years in his 15 years at Clough. Other previous permanent employers being Kaiser, Foxboro, Worley Alumina and BHP. He currently has other part-time roles with Seatrax & BAM International.
Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
Lisa is based in Zurich and specialises in finance, international tax, risk control, banking regulation, business development and strategy. Lisa has had a distinguished career at Equatex Group and UBS Zurich mainly in finance and risk control roles or leading large projects which required significant cross functional collaboration. Lisa supports us in the link between Europe and Australia.
